In order to process your application, you must also submit a $30 application fee because of the time and effort required to place a rescued golden into a new family. This does not go towards your adoption fee and this fee is non-refundable. Your application and fee are good for 12 months from the date of paying your application fee.
Please be aware that by paying this fee and being approved to adopt does not guarantee you will be matched with a dog.
Because of the volume of applications we receive, we will be communicating with you primarily by email. Occasionally, spam filters will block our email addresses so please check your spam folders periodically. Once you have paid your application fee, we will be in contact with you within 48 hours. If you haven't heard from us by then, it's likely that we have been trying unsuccessfully to contact you; please email application@ragom.org to check on the status of your application.
